The City Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing City ordinances and codes that affect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. These include enforcement of environmental codes, land use development regulations, zoning regulations, stormwater runoff control, illicit discharge, solid waste, and other related codes and ordinances.
