Cuisine and Catering serves fresh and authentic Jamaican meals.

The owners of Mamee’s are Michael and LaSharn Anderson. Michael Anderson, originally from
Jamaica, brought his cooking skills to Smiths Station, introducing new meals to the area, while
LaSharn was born and raised in the United States. Before opening Mamee’s, Michael Anderson
served ten years at the Lee County Sheriff’s Department before retiring from the position. The
Andersons opened Mamee’s after Michael’s retirement because they wanted to do something
they enjoyed and had a true passion for. The name of Mamee’s originated from Michael
Anderson’s mother, Mamee Anderson. Mamee’s stands out not only with its Jamaican cuisine
that you can not find elsewhere in the area, but also due to the lively and vibrant decorations and
staff inside. For a unique and memorable dining experience, whether inside their restaurant or
through their catering service, Mamee’s is the place to go.

Mamee’s Kitchen Authentic Jamaican Cuisine and Catering is open Tuesday through Saturday
